Factory Sourcing

Drawing from a large pool of vendors, our merchandisers identify and select for our clients the manufacturers best suited for their needs in price, lead times and quality. After the manufacturers are selected, the merchandisers negotiate prices, place the orders and initiate production.
Speed to Market

We pursue a good timing in the market by enhancing speed to market from concept to store. To do so, we work closely with material suppliers to process orders and replenishments in a short frame of lead time. 3D virtual sampling helps to reduce development lead time as well as cost saving.
